For clients with tight budget, a general rule of thumb is to keep designs simple with lesser printing colours. More printing colours, more expensive. Vice versa. • Choose Your T-shirt Style: Browse our catalogue to find the ideal style of apparel for your needs. From classic round neck T-shirts to stylish polo, we offer a variety of options for any occasion, both indoors and outdoors events.

This is when you provide us with all the essential details so we can offer the best recommendations and personalised quotation, which will include the most suitable printing method for the apparel you’ve selected.

• Specify Your Needs: Let us know the number of shirts, the preferred style, colour, apparel and fabric. If there are special instructions or rushed deadlines for  urgent T-shirt printing orders, please give us a heads up. 

• Packing & Delivery Options: Let us know if you need the shirts individually packed or if you’ll be collecting them in person. We’ll also confirm your delivery preferences –  no hidden costs!

3. Confirm Your Order & Artwork Approval

Once you are happy with our quotation and ready to place an order, we will need you to submit an order format which we crafted. 

For the design/logos/images submission, to ensure the best print quality, we accept file formats, including: Adobe Illustrator (AI) , PNG, PDF

For optimal results, upload high-resolution files with at least 300dpi to ensure crisp design on your tee.

We will issue the official invoice for payment processing. Once 50% deposit has been made, our team will start processing the order.

Digital Mock-Up: We’ll send you a digital mock-up that shows your design on the selected apparel. This is your chance make any minor adjustments before production begins.

For Embroidery Orders: If you’ve selected embroidery, we will create a mock-up on a swatch fabric (not the actual t-shirt) for your review. A photo of this swatch will be send to you for approval, so you can visualize how the final embroidery will look.

Once everything is approved, we’ll proceed with printing or embroidery.

4. Final Product: Ready for Collection or Delivery
