Our standard MOQ starts from just 30 pieces per design, making it accessible for small cohorts, team milestones, or merchandise. For larger corporate events or marketing campaigns, higher order quantities offer significant bulk-rate cost savings.
2. What backing options and attachments are available?
We offer several secure backing options depending on the pin type, including standard butterfly clutches, rubber clutches (ideal for comfort against skin), safety pins (standard for button badges), and strong magnetic backings that prevent pinholes in formal clothing and blazers.
3. How long does production take for custom pins?
Standard lead time for custom pins & badges is typically 2 to 3 weeks from artwork approval, as custom molds/plating must be setup.

4. Do you accept government billing via GeBiz?
Yes! TJG Print is an onboard vendor on Vendors@Gov and GeBiz. We support electronic invoicing with standard 30-day payment terms for MOE schools, government agencies, and statutory boards.

6. What artwork format is required for custom pin and badge production?
Vector artwork formats such as AI (Adobe Illustrator), EPS, or vector PDF are the most ideal to create the metal mold or plating.
7. What is an epoxy pin and what does it mean?
An epoxy pin are quoted with a layer of clear, dome-shaped resin applied over the surface of the pin.
It protects printed designs from scratches, oxidation, and fading, while giving the pin a glossy, smooth glass-like finish.
8. What standard sizes are recommended for custom pins and button badges?
